Delivery, returns and terms

Delivery

Cost: Free everywhere we ship in the EU and the UK.
Time: Three to ten working days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Dispatch: Orders are packed and sent by our supplier. Nothing is charged until your order is placed.
Where: United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
Customs: No customs charges within the EU. UK orders are sent duty paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Late or missing: If your tracking has not moved for five working days, email us and we will chase it or send a replacement.

60 nights to try it: Use it at home for up to 60 nights. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund of everything you paid, including the original delivery.
Statutory right: Separately, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason under EU and UK consumer law. Our 60 nights sits on top of that and never replaces it.
Condition: Used is fine. That is the point of trying it. Please send back the control unit, sleeves, hoses and charger.
How: Email hello@octanaire.com with your order number. We reply with a returns label.
Return postage: We pay it. You are not out of pocket for changing your mind.
Refund timing: Processed within three working days of the item reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Faulty on arrival: Tell us within 30 days and we replace it or refund you in full, your choice.

Two years: On the control unit and the pump, from the date you receive it.
Covered: Anything that fails in normal use. Pumps, seals, connectors, zips and electronics.
Not covered: Damage from misuse, dropping, or opening the unit yourself.
Spare parts: Hoses, connectors and chargers are available separately. Email us.

How you pay: Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, handled by Stripe.
Card details: Payment is taken on Stripe's own secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Currency: Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
When you are charged: Once, at the moment you complete checkout. No subscriptions, no repeat billing.

What we hold: Your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can send your order and tell you where it is.
Payment data: Held by Stripe, not by us.
Sharing: Your delivery address goes to our supplier and the courier so they can deliver. Nobody else. We do not sell data.
Email: We only email about your order unless you join the list. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights: Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within 30 days.
Cookies: Your basket is stored in your own browser. We do not need a cookie banner because we set no tracking cookies of our own.

The contract: A sale is agreed when we email your order confirmation.
Pricing: If a price is listed wrongly, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Stock: If something is unavailable we tell you and refund in full, straight away.
What this product is: A comfort and circulation product for use at home. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a circulatory condition, deep vein thrombosis, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, speak to a doctor before using compression equipment.
Governing law: These terms follow the consumer law of the country you live in, which always takes precedence.

Trading name and registered company details are shown on your invoice and order confirmation.
